Autosend e-mail at regular intervals

I am using Outlook and wondering whether it's possible to automatically send an e-mail at recurring intervals (say every 3 days). The content of the e-mail (and recipient) would be the same.

I know setting something like this up via cron is possible, but probably more trouble than it's worth under the circumstances.

I know I have seen a plugin that can do this a while back when looking for other functionality. You could probably google it pretty easily, although I don't remember the site.

Alternatively if this is short term and limited in number you could set them all up one at a time and set them to send at the appropriate date/time. The only downfall of this other than effort is that they will sit in your outbox until the time has been reached so every time you go to close Outlook it will warn you that you have unsent mail in your outbox.
