I have a member of a listserv who is claiming she's not getting the list's emails.
I can't immediately find any logs. Are there any? If so, where?
No other messages have appeared suggesting bounces.
I know the address she gave me is correct.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

The logs here at FQ are under your root account. Click on that and then click on the name of the mailing list. The logs (one of them is called something-or-other-bounces) are there.

To find a record of the bounces for your list you would go to
/big/dom/xdomain/shellusername/listname/bounce
and look inside that directory.
If you need to search the actual mail server logs for delivery records, you do not have access to those logs, and would need to contact the Service Desk (Service@FutureQuest.net) and have us search the mail logs. We would need as much specific information as possible in order to do this
The subscribers email address
the list address
the data/time the message was sent (if you have mail headers from the message that was sent, that may be especially helpful)
anything else you can think of that may help us track down this message in our voluminous mail logs...
