Setting prices

I am in the process of starting a small web design studio. I enjoy the design part of this but the business side makes me uncomfortable.

I'm not sure how to set prices. (My background is in day care and I'm used to being underpaid.)

I'm also not sure what to include in a design package. For example, do designers submit sites they've designed to search engines or would that be an extra? Do designers create all the graphics for their sites or again would that be extra?
