FrontPage polls - restrict voting?

Is there a way to set up polls in FrontPage so that site visitors can only vote in a poll once per day, and not over and over again?

I'm not familiar with the FP polling but I've seen quite a bit of success from RobPoll (http://www.robplanet.com/cgi/robpoll/) on other sites..
