I added some mp3 and ra files to a web site and would like them to stream, which they don't appear to be doing automatically. I have read that you can add a metafile to accomplish this, but am wondering if I still have to e-mail support to request streaming audio/video on a web site?

For RealMedia (RealAudio/RealVideo) streaming, you need to request that it be enabled for your account. FQ will setup a special directory under your www/ where you will need to upload the .ra/.rm files. As for .mp3, depending on the software used, they may stream natively (i.e., play while downloading); FQ doesn't provide anything special.

Thanks Hobbes - I did notice that my WMA files start playing immediately, it's just the mp3 files and ra files that are needing a little help.
