You should modify the email you are attempting to send.

As noted at the URL given in the error message
http://postmaster.info.aol.com/errors/554hvuip.html

EXPLANATION:

One or more URLs in your message contain an IP address in place of a domain name.

SOLUTION:

Please make sure that all URLs in your message contain domain names and not IP addresses. All &lta href> tags must be entered as a domain name and not an IP address.

There is more info and examples at the above link.

Oh, I was expecting it to be AOL being mean to Futurequest again. The URL was http://72.14.203.104/search?q=cache:UzQpnNtMtfEJ:www.writermag.com/wrt/community/forum/topic.asp%3Fpage%3D-1%26TOPIC_ID%3D6089%26REPLY_ID%3D49561+site:http://www.writermag.com/wrt/community/ which is from Google's cache. I changed it to http://google.com/search?q=cache:UzQpnNtMtfEJ:www.writermag.com/wrt/community/forum/topic.asp%3Fpage%3D-1%26TOPIC_ID%3D6089%26REPLY_ID%3D49561+site:http://www.writermag.com/wrt/community/ which worked. I wonder why Google uses the IP address.
