Joi,
Crank up your HTML code validator. You will find that you have MANY MANY errors on this page including multiple BODY tags, no closing tags for many of the most important page structuring tags like ending the page with BODY and HTML insteade of /BODY and /HTML, too many nesting errors to name, etc. etc.
Ironically, the Opera browser is so forgiving that the form looks okay in it while IE5 and Netscape browsers look kooky like you say.
Also, please please please, drop that hokey Writer's Area - No reproductions without written permission click function messagebox.
The web is meant to be an open and collaborative place. Putting such a dialog box on your page to keep us from viewing your source makes you look like you think you know more than we do. If that was the case, I wouldn't be able to tell you what's wrong with this page now, would I?
Try running a validation tool on your page and chase down the errors one-by-one. If you have Allaire's Homesite, this is easy right within the tool. Or you might check out HTML Powertools if you don't already have a validator. There are even websites that let you do on-line, dynamic checks.
Good luck. And hope this helps,

Thanx so much Brian...seems to be working fine now :).
Jim, thanx for noting the body and html tags at the bottom...big oops!
About the copyright javascript...this does not stop one from viewing the source code of the page (you already know this)...but it will stop those who for one reason or another, want to copy the writings.[nbsp][nbsp]It's just a simple reminder that they should not be doing so.
