access to account before DNS changes fully propogates?

Long time customer of FQ with several sites. I got a call earlier today from a client that wanted his site (the frontpage at least) to be up and running for a meeting he has the next day. Sucks for me cause the site wasn't supposed to go up until next month so I've had the domain name registered and sitting there at register.com. So today I setup another domain name/acct on FQ and changed the nameservers on Register.com and I'm wondering if there's a way to get access to the domain on FQ through FTP so I can upload the files so the site is ready if the dns propogation finishes up in the middle of the night.

You can access the domain using the dedicated IP address. You can find full details under section 3 of the Activation Letter for the new domain.
