Well, after setting aside tygresystems.com and subjects.net for the time being, I decided to have a little fun because I'm a gambler.

Those of you who have no objection to gambling information sites please come and take a look, and give me your suggestions and comments.

I'm especially looking for comments regarding layout, navigation, and clutter (yes I know there are tons of banners but not for long - testing out banner exchange sites).

There's also some interesting reading on the site, even though it's only a week old.

Ted, that is an especially nice looking site.[nbsp][nbsp]While at the current load it's some what of a long load time, I understand the banner testing need.[nbsp][nbsp]The only negative I would offer, is that on my machine, a Win 2000, with Netscape 4.72 in a 800 X 600 resolution, the right frame is slightly clipped.[nbsp][nbsp]The words run right to the edge of the screen and a small portion of the last letter in a line is clipped off.[nbsp][nbsp]There is no scroll bar at the bottom, and it just looks a little strange, even though all content is visible.:)

Here is a screenshot of what I saw.[nbsp][nbsp]The resolution has been reduced from 315,000b to 84,500b, so the clarity is not what it should be??? http://www.wolfstalks.com/screenshot.jpg

Good Luck

Thanks, Bob.

I had already made the initial mistake of setting the table at 800 pixels width, and a friend had noticed that and mentioned it to me.

So I cut it down to 780 - she said it was perfect but I said it looked a bit off, couldn't tell for sure.

Now I know that I forgot to remove a bit more, that picture you posted told the tale.

Load time is horrible right now - 9 offsite banner exchanges and 2 offsite news applets - but it has also proven which of the banner exchanges are delivering the traffic even with the lousiest of banners.[nbsp][nbsp]Before the end of the month I suspect there will be no more than three of them left - maybe even just the one.

I will reconsider the news applets as well.[nbsp][nbsp]I just want to see if they are delivering quality news - otherwise I will create one myself.

Thanks for your comments and compliments :)
