Can anyone recommend a good web based CRM/contact management package?
I'm looking for something to manage leads and bookings, for 2 or 3 users in different locations.
I'm no programmer, but I am happy building and customising databases using some sort of front end package (I used to do a lot of work with TeleMagic (http://www.telemagic.net/index.html) a few years back, so I have some experience of this sort of system. One option would be to build somethng myself using php/mySQL with something like AppGini to write the code, but it seems too much like reinventing the wheel.
Looking around, there appear to be plenty of high end solutions which are more than I need, and some mid-range (but possibly still over the top) like ACT! Premium for Web (http://www.act.com/corporateusers/products/web/?campaign=h_team2).
The only one that I found that seems like it might do the job is absoluteBUSY (http://www.absolutebusy.com) -- they link to FQ as a suggested host. Anyone know anything about them?
Any other thoughts or suggestions?
Thanks
John
