The Subscribed Forum Notification is a nice feature on these boards. However, it could be made much better by including the thread title in the subject and/or first line of the message. Why? Because I have the emails forwarded to a phone via SMS, and there aren't enough characters included in the message for me to know what the topic is about. For example, the most recent message re. the QBERT Server appears thus in the phone: PHP@aota.net

Any chance Joseph can work his magic and include the thread title on the first line of the body?

I don't know yet. Can you break one of the servers so I can get a message?

I thought maybe you had subscribed to this forum as well and received a notification. Anyhoo, the first line on the notifications should now have the post subject.
Hopefully you won't see it any time soon

Arthur - Doesn't seem to have done the trick. I am looking at a message on the phone from 12/29 at 12:13, which I take is the MySQL01 Server post, but "MySQL01 Server" does not appear in it.

Not sure what happened exactly, but it seems the changes I made did not take. I redid the changes and hopefully it has done the trick this time.
