Will we be upgrading SA to 3.1.x anytime soon? I ask because that version (http://spamassassin.apache.org/tests_3_1_x.html) includes a range of FUZZY_* tests. :kewl:
If I can't get a server named after me, I'll settle for a spam test.

I see that even version 2.6 had an undesired language test. I think I could use that. I get a lot of email with the headers and the body full of stuff like "РЕМОНТ ЛЮБОЙ СЛОЖНОСТИ." That's how one of the subjects looks when I open the email, but it looks different in the inbox list for some reason. Still foreign though.
v3.1.x has the following tests that sound like they would filter out email with those characters, but I guess I'd need individual control over them.
Area Tested
Description of Test
Test Name
Default Scores
header
Subject: has too many raw illegal characters
SUBJ_ILLEGAL_CHARS
3.360 3.360 3.978 4.279
body
Message written in an undesired language
UNWANTED_LANGUAGE_BODY
2.800
body
Body includes 8 consecutive 8-bit characters
BODY_8BITS

We investigated upgrading to SpamAssassin several weeks ago, and have been doing some internal testing since. At the time, we were able to identify (from the SpamAssassin bug tracker) a couple significant problems and a large number of false positive/negative issues that we wanted to see resolved before fully deploying it. As such, we are waiting to see what corrections version 3.1.1 will bring when it is released.
