RID info in QuestAdmin

I'm coming up on the renewal of my RID license, and I first went to QuestAdmin to check the renewal date...and discovered that I couldn't find it there. Shouldn't the RID license be a "service"? Or maybe where points are displayed, the RID term should also be displayed?:umm:

I found my info in my own records, but I thought you might want to do something about this.

If you look under Full Transaction history you should see it listed. The renewal billing isn't shown as of yet as it is still over 30 days away from the renewal date. Once you get to within the 30 day window this years renewal should show.

The RID Information, RID number and points is displayed on the main page...

Main Menu: Logged In to Account # 00XXXX


Reseller Information

Reseller points: XX

I don't see Full Transaction History.

I see...ah, oh. I see. In the Transaction History: Customize your View option, I was put off my the domain pull-down list which didn't include the RID license (because it isn't a domain, duh.) So leaving that at "All Domains" I then skip down to Number of Months to View and choose Complete History.

I still think a RID license is a service and should show up there.
