We don't have FP extentions installed - I believe the functionality you are wanting requires the extentions, as well as Access (which is NT only)...
The best way to go about this would be to find a suitable cgi script that performs a similar operation - try http://www.cgi-resources.com/
Hope this helps :)

Lenny:
As Justin suggested, the easier way to create a form for information gathering is by using a CGI script. http://cgi.resourceindex.com/Programs_and_Scripts/Perl/Form_Processing/[nbsp][nbsp]contains a lot of such scripts. Good luck.

I am a novice at FP 2000.[nbsp][nbsp]I have created a page that gathers information.[nbsp][nbsp]I requested the wizard to store this info in a file called results.txt.[nbsp][nbsp]When I test the form on Microsoft Personal Web server, the form accepts the entry, however, when I open the web in FP and open results.txt, it is blank.[nbsp][nbsp]If I open the folder Inetpub, and click wwwroot I find the results.txt document there and it has the information that I entered.[nbsp][nbsp]The information does not seem to store in the actual web folder.[nbsp][nbsp]I tried to do this with an Access 2000 database and I get the same result.[nbsp][nbsp]
FP creates a duplicate document (or database) in wwwroot and store the info there.[nbsp][nbsp]I hope I explained this well.
Is this normal?[nbsp][nbsp]Please help.[nbsp][nbsp]It is driving me crazy.
Thank you.
