FQ account change in ownership, not administration

One of my FQ sites will go non-profit soon and that newly created non-profit entity will assume ownership from me. However, I will still be the sole administrator and only person with permissions to access anything at FutureQuest related to this account. In short, nothing will change but the name and bank account for who pays the bills.

What is the best way to transition this sort of change in ownership? Will it be as simple as changing the billing information?

Hi Fred,

It's usually best in these situations to write the Service Desk (http://service.FutureQuest.net/index.php?_a=tickets&_m=submit) and let us know specifically which package/account needs to be changed and exactly what information you would like changed. Also, stating the purpose for the request will help us in providing possible alternatives to you. (We do have an ownership transfer process that can be used, but it is not always the best route depending on the actual changes and reason for the changes.)
