UBB 5.30

I've updated one of our other forums to 5.30 for those of you wondering if I am going to do so here also... It'll be a couple of days probably depending on some lil glitches I've run into.

I've found a couple lil bugs I'd like to have fixed before putting it up on these forums..and I would also like to make sure I understand the new additions etc....
