The link targets the wront frame-why?

I've got some frames going here and the links are targeting the wrong frames, so things are coming up where they're not supposed to and I dunno why. I checked the html and everything seems ok. For this first URL, the "take me the daily devo" button is supposed to load that link into "self" so that the navbar and black bar underneath stay there, but instead it targets to the navbar. wierd.

In the following URL, the search query again targets the navbar at top instead of "self". again, wierd.

Anybody got any fixes? please?
