FutureQuest is upgrading the SMTP software that is responsible for accepting incoming email for delivery on the MXs or relaying on the community server.
During the upgrade, email relaying may be temporarily unavailable. Though this is not foreseen, if it does happen, incoming email will be temporarily deferred. Retrieving email via POP or IMAP will not be affected, nor will the delivery of email generated on the servers themselves.
The upgrade is primarily for bug fixes and should not result in the need for any changes in how you send and receive email.
