What is this error code?

One of my UBB users reports this error upon resetting her preferences (I've upgraded to 5.39 recently) - I am unsure what the error means, so am unsure how to proceed advising her:

Object does not support these properties..Line 24

She further reports it is in a gray popup box, and that it is a "microsoft message."[nbsp][nbsp]Is there an easy place to look these up on MS's site?[nbsp][nbsp]Thanks for any bright ideas out there :)!

It's a Javascript error, you'll want to post to the UBB forums on that one.[nbsp][nbsp]The only thing I could find over there is at http://www.scriptkeeper.com/ubb/Forum22/HTML/000307.html

Oh, aren't you nice to even go searching for me!![nbsp][nbsp]I mostly just wanted a hint about whether it was user-side or program side before I took it to UBB's site (which you've more than done) - I find the help here more, um, in touch with their inner-newbie . . . LOL . . .
