The QuestAdmin (http://www.QuestAdmin.net) Account Manager has a new feature that may be helpful in tracking your billing and invoicing issues.
The Payment History page is now available under the Billing tab.
The Payment History page shows the date of each payment received for your account, the total amount of the payment, and the type of payment, such as check or credit card. For each payment a list of all the services to which the payment was applied is displayed and the amount for each.
To use QuestAdmin point your browser to:

If you have not already done so, you will need to create a QuestAdmin Login access using the details described below, in order to gain access to QuestAdmin.
Creating an account will require three things:
Your Account Number. This is a six digit number shown in the subject of all Invoices emailed to you. It also is shown in the CNC on the Server Info page.
The primary email address listed on the account.
A password which you provide. Preferably one that does not match any of your other passwords.
Click on the "Create Login (https://secure.questadmin.net/cgi-ssl/mgr.py/createlogin)" tab to create a new QuestAdmin Login access.
A confirmation email will be sent to the primary email address on file for your FutureQuest account. Within that email will be a link that you will need to visit to confirm your request and complete the new account creation process.
Upon confirming your request for a new QuestAdmin Account you will be able to peruse your account details at any time by visiting QuestAdmin.net (http://www.QuestAdmin.net)
