A guestbook needed for my site

i have my first site finally up http://www.changthai.org and now have to figure a way to incoporate a guestbook for the final page of the site.

im ready to get going on this ! what might be the best way to start ?

There are any number of third party scripts and searching google for "guestbook script" would probably yield you a weekends worth of reading ;)
