Background:
I use a variety of html tools depending on the task at hand, including: Notepad :), Wordpad, Dreamweaver, Homesite, and until recently FrontPage 98.
With FP2K, Microsoft seems to have combined the Editor and Explorer which, for me, totally destroys the Editor's usefulness. I haven't couldn't figure out a way to use the Editor in a full screen mode that includes the quick tab between design and code views, like in FP98. So, I just tossed the whole thing. The 2K version totally hosed the 98 version, so I had to toss that out, too.
Now I really miss the features of FP. As a raw layout tool, nothing can beat it. I find without it I spend much more time doing the initial layout for new pages.
So, my question for FP2K users is: Is there a way to use the Editor in full-screen mode and still quickly tab between design and code modes? If so, I may take another look.
