How do I get MySQL 4?

I've seen several posts saying we have mysql 4 but my account appears to be using 3.23.58.

I see quite a few posts on these types of issues. It would be nice to have one place to go find the answers. I've looked but can't find such a page.

Nothing more than what is contained within these forums...

We do not post up official announcements regarding such things, until the work is done and we are ready to move the project forward into full production... At that point, we will post in Server News and also send out an email if it is a major upgrade that could impact a sites operations... However we at times will drop hints here and there that a project is soon coming out of the dungeon, and drop minor progress reports that are intermixed into discussions pertaining to that topic...
