I have just put a client up on your hosting and set up 4 pop3 accounts for them. We are getting intermittent bouncing - as in they don't get the test emails I send, and I get a bounce notice:

the Host IP address in each bounce message is different.

We have checked all settings in the email client in their end more than once. The confusing thing is that the bounce seems to be inconsistent - sometimes, the messages go through.

Help, please.

reason: 550 mail14: Host 209.210.78.33: No relaying permitted to kjlfast.com

The IP indicated in the reason is not a FutureQuest IP address.

This would appear to be a propagation related issue.

Domain Name: KJLFAST.COM
Updated Date: 21-jun-2005
http://reports.internic.net/cgi/whois?whois_nic=kjlfast.com&type=domain

Whenever you change a domain's DNS entries or register a new Domain there is a period of propagation that will last from 24 to 72 hours on average before the domain name will work properly. This cannot be sped up as it is not in the control of any single entity.

More about propagation can be read here:
http://Service.FutureQuest.net/index.php?_a=knowledgebase&_j=questiondetails&_i=7

If Monty was around he would advise you to go Fishing :fishing: to save your sanity during propagation...
