Automated newsletter/ mailing list form builder

I remember FQ having a form builder tool that would automate the task of creating a mailing list subscription form, but I cannot find it anymore. Can someone provide a link? The intuitive place for it (the first place I looked) was under the account's CNC->Mailing List panel.

Hmm. I'm looking at a non-branded CNC panel, which doesn't have the link. I guess that explains why. -Matt
