Block Everything Except Whitelist?

I have a forwarding alias that I'd like to block anything and everything, except for a couple senders that I whitelist.

How do I do that? Do I put something like *@* in the SA blacklist, and then whitelist the allowed sender(s)? Or is it something else? I know it's possible but I'm not seeing the obvious path.

Generally, setting your required score to a very low number, such as 0.1, and then whitelisting the desired addresses, should have the effect you desire. You could even try putting 0 for your score (I think that works?), or possibly a negative value. But I think 0.1 will do. That's what my better half has set up on one of his email addresses.
