Tried to send a message to my pop mail and got error message: Socket Error 11004. First test went through okay....tried another and received the above mentioned error. Couldn't find out what that means in the FutureQuest help menu. Any information would be appreciated.
Thank you.
The error you report is not an error reported by the FutureQuest mail servers, to the best of my knowledge, and I believe is an Operating System reported error.
If you continue to experience problems then I would check all of your settings in your email client/application and ensure they are correct and cASe correct as well as some email client/applications do not like capitols in usernames.
I would especially check that you have SMTP Authentication setup properly,

Thank you for your quick response. I'm a little confussed about the authentication process since, when I've visited that link you provided before, I have none of those e-mail programs shown in the example -- I've got MSN premium with Verizon DSL connection. I searched their help menus in the past in regards to this and could not find the information.

Everything I read about that error on the forum mentions propagation. If you changed the DNS recently, that could be the problem.
(meaning you just have to wait a while)
