They're supposed to be some people's reactions when they first discover Firefox. Beyond that, it's up to the viewer...

Hah! They really are funny...

They don't need to mean anything except to get the "wow factor" across... And the only people who see these are going to be people who already know what Firefox is... or if they don't, they'll ask the person who forwarded the link... or they'll click on the link on the page.
