Name your price to fix a dedicated server.
I have a dedicated server and all of a sudden I haven't been able to connect to it, the administration, sites, or email.
The ISP claims that the server is in a kernel panic situation, Linux 2.4 or 2.6 kernel, I can't recall.
I haven't made any kernel changes, and all that's on the server is web sites and mysql.
I can reboot the server in a rescue mode, but I don't know what to do to find out what's going on from there.
Needless to say, my ISP isn't any help, other than to reimage the drive.
Please respond here, and let me know how I can contact you. I can be contacted via the email in my profile.
If any has any clues, or would like to take a shot at it, I'm willing to pay whatever it takes to get it back to normal.
