For about the last couple months (probably more but I keep my own sense of time), I've had some problems logging into the CNC that I am pretty sure is a local problem but maybe it isn't. The thread about passwords/user names with SSH prompted me to write about this plus it happened again on Thursday.
The reason I think it is local is because I don't have the problem with Firefox. It's only with the CNC password on that GUI.
Often , I need to sign it like 6 times, and each time gets me just a little closer to the prize. For instance, the first log in will open the CNC interface and I can see the files and the CNC but no images and it requests another password entry, each time giving me a few more images but still not allowing me access until I do this like 6 times or give up and use FF.
It doesn't happen all the time and there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it which has made it difficult to figure out.
Sometimes it happens from home and sometimes from my fancy teeveee job on my machine there. I use the CNC standard interface and do not use any tunneling so I am pretty sure it is an XP issue.
Anyone else or any ideas?
