Can't create new email address via CNC today

For some reason, I can't create a new email address via the CNC today - never had this problem before but for the last 20 minutes or so i keep trying and trying and nothing happens ... when i attempt to add a POP3, forwarding alias or stack, or black hole address, absolutely nothing happens when i click the "continue" or "reset" buttons, although the "cancel" button seems to work fine (it's as if the script has vanished??). I'm using the same browser i usually use so i don't think that's the problem. :umm: (This particular package is on the ENIGMA server, btw).

Hello Karen,

Arthur and I both were able to create test email accounts in your CNC without any problem...

It is possible you are experiencing some sort of browser issue or possibly an application on your computer, such as Norton Anti-virus or some anti-spyware application could be causing the error you describe.

You may want to try and close your browser and then relaunch it and see if that corrects. I also believe similar issues have been reported with Norton anti-virus software (or their suite of tools) in accessing and completing some web based form type applications...

Thanks, Bob - I tried disabling Norton and Ad-aware, relaunching the browser, and still i get the same result (which is no result at all!) ... i'll try again from my son's computer and see if i can get it to work from there. I really do appreciate you looking into this for me.
