I am having trouble receiving messages from specific domain - ###@126.com, which is Chinese domestic ISP. It seems it's working for others in the US, but somehow I'm not getting it at all.

The thing is though, I used to have no problem receiving stuff from this domain, but since the amount of spam became just out of control, I change a bit of setting on CNC.

Still, @126.com is in White list, spam filter is set up as "bounce". And Chinese side is not getting any errors nor bounced message from me.

I heard that Chinese government restricts the internet connection and they even have inspection over the contents of email messages. Not that what we are writing about is something against the gvmnt, I wonder if this is a partial reason why I'm not getting anything from this domain. But then, if this is the case, others in US should be getting anything, right?

I'm really confused... :umm:
Can anyone think of other possibility why 126.com is not reaching to me??

How do you have it whitelisted...as @126.com or as *@126.com?

Of course I put the first bit as well, it doesn't work unless you put the whole email, does it? Sorry for not mantioning anyway.

Email from 126.com is not globally rejected on FutureQuest's mail servers and you should be able to receive email from there.

It's possible that either the sender's IP address or the IP address of the sender's mail server is currently listed in one or more RBLs (Real-time Spam Black lists), but that should generate an error message on the sender's side.

It's difficult to tell what might be the problem without knowing the details of your email setup (filters etc.). If you drop us an email with the details(*) at the Service Desk, we'd be happy to take a look.
(*) Account involved, mailbox name, time frames of the messages that were sent. In short, as much detail as possible
