IRM - woopsie

We purchased an IRM on the existing account: prosperfinancial.net

But I don't have any record of what sub directory that we're supposed to create to house it :( :hrmm:

Hello,

You specify the subdirectory when placing the order for an IRM and it is also noted in the Activation Letter when activated.

If you cannot locate the Activation letter or it hasn't been sent and/or you cannot remember what you specified then just drop a note to the Service Desk, from the primary email for that account, asking :)

The Activation Letter was sent at 9:53 Pm ET on April 4, 2005 and as I was just reminded the information for the Directory for IRMs is also contained within QuestAdmin.
