Just a few months ago I set up a MHonArc archive system with my most frequently-used mailing list. When I converted it over to ezmlm-idx, however, the archiving function no longer works. I should probably just go ahead and change the "editor" file in the list's main folder (my changes that triggered the auto-update have been overwritten), but before I do that, I wanted to see if anyone knows of any pre-packaged software (preferably shareware or freeware) that works better with ezmlm-idx than with the old version? It seems like the archive folder now has a lot more info, so I thought there was a chance that someone somewhere had put together a good little system for creating an html archive out of the old emails.

Anyone know of anything good?

Yes, every time you update the properties of your ezmlm-idx mailing list via the CNC, the editor file will be overwritten with the changes. When you upgraded your list, that is doubtless what happened.

I have not tried setting up archives with any ezmlm-idx lists yet. I would suppose Mhonarc will still work, although I haven't tested it out yet.

If you are intereseted in an web archive script written specifically for ezmlm-idx, here is one:

I have no personal experience with installing it...but it is written by our own Bruce. ;)

You can see an example of it in action here:
