Auto Start-up for CD

I am looking to put a website on a cd and make copies to be sent out to people. Is there a program that can be put on the cd, besides the website pages, that will automatically start the website with the index.html page, when the user places the cd into his/her cd drive?

I am no Windows expert but I am sure there is something you can put into an autorun.inf file to tell Windows to open the web page in whatever the default browser is on the box. Of course autorun can be (and probably should be) disabled so it isn't going to work on every box no matter what you do.
