POP3 not working on new account

Is the above just a propagtion issue? The site has resolved fine since 2pm GMT today and continues to.

It is entirely possible that it is propagation related. Different hosts (www, pop, ftp, mail, mysql) will all propagate independently. It is entirely possible for one host to resolve while another does not yet.

Thanks for the reply, I assumed it could be that so I'll wait until the morning before I investigate further :) FWIW the domain in question is hosted here so I would have assumed all would resolve at the same time but I'm not sure and I vaguely remember this happening before. Its no problem anyway, the site won't be ready for public viewing for a good few weeks.
