I ran across this line, "Internal Sub-Domains - sub.yourname.xxx - $25 one time setup" in the service descriptions for fquest.
Question, the 'sub' part, that can be anything that I might want it to be?
How would you set up a dir structure on the server for that?
Thanks
Mike
Yes you can call it whatever you like.
Example:
http://roses.flowersource.net
would show the content of
http://www.flowersource.net/roses/
You would build within the /roses/ directory on your site but could give your visitors the roses.flowersource.net url http://www.aota.net/ubb/smile.gif We simply make /roses/ the root directory for roses.flowersource.net
It's a nice way of sorting things out and offering simpler URLs to the general public.

I like that...
An explanation that even I can understand.
Thanks,
Mike
ps: do many people on fquest utilize that service/option?
It's pretty kewl... I like it. But it's not something we've really promoted too much. I'd say there are about 10 or 15 of them on the server right now....
