not able to FTP in

our account was activated this AM. I tried to FTP into the server to place a start page, but it says unable to grant permission to your directory can someone give an explianation or the phone number to contact futurequest.

Are you using ftp.futurequest.net or ftp.yourdomain.xxx ?

Our phone number is listed in the User Manual... or you may toss an email to Support@FutureQuest.net and request we give you a ring... we're more then happy to help where we can
