View Full Version : Are support/service mail accounts working?

Hi, I sent a couple of mails to this addresses but I did not get the autoreply with the ticket number. Perhaps it was a too long mail...

I just wish to let FQ know that I'm receiving less spam now but my filter is still catching about 50% of original spam. My filter records the IP address of every spam mail, is this IP of any use for the BL of SpamCop or the tool in use?

Hi Javier,

Due to the "spammy" content of your email messages, they were filtered into a "spam" folder (this is checked, don't worry). I've rescued those messages and placed them into the Service Desk and I will be sure they are brought to the attention of those in charge of that area to reference. :)

By the way, just for your controls, now that you replied, I did not receive the usual e-mail saying "Melissa has replied...", etc. I have not made any change to my filter, "futurequest.net" is in my white list as it has been, and nothing from that domain shows as "destroyed" either.
