Looking for assistant web coders

Not sure if this can go in this forum, if not please move it where it is acceptable.

I'm an admin of a site called Mod N Mod (http://www.modnmod.com/). The site deals with news, reviews, interviews and more on modifications for mainly first person shooters.
What are are looking for is any coder who has good php/mysql skills in order to help our lead coder who is currently coding a new design for the site and new features.
The only payment we're able to give at the moment is free hosting with a lot of space and bandwidth and a full support of emails/ftp/mysql and so on (basically like a regular paid host only for free). No ad banners or anything are required.

Just out of curiosity, what do you suppose the odds are of finding someone proficient in PHP/MySQL who's in need of free web space?

("Contract or be Contracted" would have been the more appropriate forum.)

Actually there are enough people like that. This is not the only forum I posted in and we have already got at least 10 emails (just haven't looked through them all yet).
Anyway, thanks for moving the thread.
