e-commerce cart/catalog app recommendations

My requirements are:
- Easy to learn/install on FQ using PHP & MySQL technology
- Multi-level Catalog with product maintenance functionality (including thumbnail and large images)
- Product search
- If PHP sessions are used, can the app be configured to run without requiring cookies

I used Oscommerce for a while and liked it but recently graduated to X-cart found at http://www.x-cart.com and find it alot easier to use since I am not a PHP EXPERT and you will need to be one using Oscommerce.

[Snarpy]

I find ZenCart (http://www.zen-cart.com/) , a fork of Oscommerce, much easier to customize than Oscommerce. You still need to know what you are doing, but it is easier.
