I absolutely love this new tool. As a reseller, sometimes folks change their CNC password and that leaves me without a way to monitor disk space useage. If there is anyway to incorporate that number into services>details>package allocations area it would be helpful. Thanks in advance for considering this.

Consider it considered and on the wish list... a mighty long and fine looking list it is too.... a little more goes into making it happen so no promises but it's certainly on the list.

Thanks Deb and thanks Sheila for all the work she put into this new tool. That piece of information I asked for will come in handy when deciding which packages are most appropriate for my clients.

I really like what is offered thus far. I now see that I have several IRO/IRMs that are no longer valid or needed. I would like to have a way to cancel them in bulk rather than one at a time. First of all, it saves me a lot of time, secondly I am more likely to actually get it done.

Cancel, add, upgrade, downgrade and all that other other fun stuff the order forms are hounded about will make it into QuestAdmin which will speed things up a great deal. One piece at a time. Those are pieces, in particular, that I personally am anxious to see come to fruition :)

Any chance of showing the sites annual anniversary - So Lazy people like me can see when client need to be billed annually. The thought of billing my clients monthly fills me with dread.

"The ability to upgrade or downgrade your package directly from QuestAdmin is a planned enhancement to be added in the future"

When will this be a reality as this is very high on my wish list and would oil the wheels significantly in order to make the transition speedily with the least amount of work.?
