CCNow and Kagi like services

Hello

A client of mine has a consultancy service. Besides Kagi are there other non-tangible goods payment processing services folks here would recommend. What kind of percentage do said services charge on goods sold?

Also, the client wants to sell music CDs via CDBaby. He'd also like to offer said CDs on sale from his site. CCNow used to be a good option. However now with the $9.95 "promotion" fee + the 9% margin, it has ceased to become a cost effective option. Are there other services and/or options folks here can recommend?
