Looking to hire someone with database experience

I am looking to hire someone to work with me to develop an application I need for my company. You can get more infomation about my company at www.AmericanAnswering.com a site proudly hosted here at FutureQuest. :)

The application will help us with our outbound calling campaign. These calls are generated through our Scheduler system, our clients would like us to call their customers back and remind them of their appointment they have made.

I need the application to search the database for customers that have not been contacted.

I need it to look up their state, and let me know what time it is, so we don't call them at 5am in the morning.

After the call I would like a field where the operator would enter pre-determined information, and/or other comments so this name would be removed from the list to call and put in the list of verified calls to give to my client.

I would like this call to have some scripting abilities to be flexible with the different clients that use us for their scheuduling needs.
