Yesterday I had an idea for a new forum. Today it's in place. In 12 years on the net I've never been involved with any outfit so helpful and so responsive to its users.

When FutureQuest was pointed out to me by a friend while searching for a host I almost passed it by because toll-free 24 hour phone support was one of my priorities. But something felt right so I signed on and found that the email and forum support was first rate. During several crashes I was ready to jump ship because I'm just starting out and this made me extremely nervous. But something made me hang on and, man, am I glad I did.

You guys are terrific! (And your kids are real cute, too.) (And so are you!)

p.s. You should see our phone bill from calling site owners back -- trust me.. for a while it's best that we aren't paying the extra 5 cents a min to have it on an 800 number:P
