I couldn't find an appropriate address to send this note to, so I'll post it here:

I run a small domain on FutureQuest, mostly for hobby and family info. I just wanted to say "Thanks!" for such great hosting services. I never need to worry about my website, it "just works". Earlier today, I put in a request to upgrade my site, and a few hours later it was all taken care of...on a Sunday afternoon! THAT'S SERVICE! Please let your staff know they are doing a great job and are much appreciated.

This is the perfect place for that note, and after 28 months I still feel the same way you feel now. Even when I make a foolish request or ask a dumb question (yes, sometimes I do, unbelievable as that may seem) I am treated wonderfully.
