Having been with FQ for a while now you tend to think the customer support here is almost normal. It is only when you deal with other companies that you realise just what you get here. If every other company supported their products and services like FQ, the world would be a better place. It is so easy to take things for granted around here. When I look at my own customer support to my customers I try to match the service here, not always an easy task.

As many have said, it's not when everything is going fine that shows the differences in hosts. It's when there's a problem.
In my continuing attempts to diversify my hosts, I ended up having to run back to FQ with mutiple sites as a refugee. Webmaster nightmare -- mulitple sites down, the "host" deciding not to revive the server, and deciding to cancel the plans that had been offered on that server. Backups were inaccurate, domain mappings were screwy every time the server went down, which was beginning to be weekly. I quickly became allergic to Cpanel. Then the big crash, horrid support during this crisis, and finding that my "dedicated IP address" was shared with 169 other domains. All at the beginning of a Q4.
That day Bob set up account after account, IRM after IRM, fielding a mistake I made in a subdomain order smoothly, having to change my primary email address with my secondary since my primary was "hosted" at the other "host", all with calm patience. I had so many FTP sessions open! I took advantage of every extra FTP account on every new package I was opening. Finally as all the domains were set up, DNS records pointing to FQ, and the last of the FTP sessions humming away automatically, I crawled into bed.
Every time I pay a renewal fee at FutureQuest, I'm just so pleased to pay someone else to deal with the hosting so professionally! I don't have to worry about hosting! I don't have to worry that tomorrow my IRM's aren't going to map properly or that the control panel will just decide I didn't name my IRM directories correctly and make up new empty directories for the IRM domains! I don't have to see major downtime every week! I can just work on my own work while FQ does a fantastic job hosting my sites.
And yes, the service can't be beat.
