reseller management questions

I have several questions about how certain things need to be managed when I am a reseller. I didn't find anything in Futurequest's tutorials or knowledge base about this. Can someone direct to me to information on this topic? My questions are mostly simple, like, what do I tell my client about allowing a hired website designer to access her CNC? Not sure how this should be handled. Stuff like that.

The particular question that you have asked is one that has been discussed previously in these forums, and the answer to that question depends on the particular reseller. Some resellers give their clients access to the CNC and some do not.

Because this particular situation varies from reseller to reseller, FutureQuest does not provide a FAQ for this particular situation. I would suggest either searching these forums for previous discussions of that question.
