online catalog software

I am looking for an easy to use and flexible catalog software program. I will be posting 500-1000 photos with text and will need shopping cart capability. However, this site will not have online payment so I don't need credit card, Paypal or other payment options. People coming to my site will select the item or items they want but payment will be offline. I am using the Commerce Manager from Microsoft bCentral but it isn't very flexible as far as modifying the pages. Any suggestions? Thanks, Pam

Dear Rich,

After selections are made with the shopping cart, I want the next page to be able to be modified. I plan to use this site for selection only-there will be no online payment so I don't need the information page on credit card, Paypal, etc. I would like to have a page that tells them that I will be contacting them later after I confirm the information they have given me. This information is the name of the company who gave them the gift certificate that they will be using on my site, including the face value and the expiration date. I may be wrong but I don't think the Commerce Manager is capable of modifying those pages.

Do you know of a catalog software program that I can use on my website that has a shopping cart function but I can turn off the payment function?
