Hello Daniel,

We have just received an email from Rich at the Service Desk where he has indicated that at least two emails have been sent to the email address on file for your domain in the past few days.

Please send an email to the Service Desk so that we may provide additional details.

Regards,

Sheila

but how come rich from rsmarketing did not contact us, their customers when they have received the emails!

this is not the way to do business! better get some other company to process the CSR for FQ!

We have received your email and responded to it. You should receive the response shortly.

As noted in my previous reply, Rich has sent at least two emails since May 15th. Hopefully, once you receive our response to your support request, this situation can be sorted out and resolved and we can figure out why you believe these emails have not been sent/received.

Hello Daniel,

I think I see the problem.

Your domain is not pointing here, but the email address submitted to Rich was domain-specific and no MX record change was ever ordered for this account (understandably).

This means, that the FutureQuest network sees the domain as local, and is not trying to deliver it to the verio mail server where the domain currently resides. Rich was sending you replies, but they were not being sent outside of our network.

You should be able to access Rich's emails by logging in for the specified account via the QuestMail interface at http://QuestMail.FutureQuest.net

If you have further questions, do not hesitate to send additional emails to the Service Desk.

It appears that at 4:49 am GMT on 18May2004 this CSR was generated. I assume this means that you were sucessful at retrieving your e-mail's by using the QuestMail interface that Shiela referenced.

If you have any further questions or concerns, please let me know.
